Thank you for shopping with Frank & Genma. Every resin lamp is carefully handcrafted, and shipping times vary depending on the size and production requirements of your order.

Processing Times

• Standard-size lamps: Orders are typically processed and shipped within our normal processing timeframe.

• Larger custom sizes (such as 8×5 and 10×6): These lamps are made to order and require additional production time. Please allow 15–25 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times will vary depending on your shipping destination and the carrier.

Made-to-Order Items

Larger resin lamps are handcrafted specifically for your order. Because production begins shortly after your purchase, all sales are final once production has started. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before placing your order.
