Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Frank & Genma, we take pride in creating handcrafted resin lamps. Many of our products are made to order, which means they are individually created after your order is placed. Because of the time, materials, and craftsmanship involved, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, your order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Made-to-Order Products

All made-to-order resin lamps are custom-made specifically for each customer. As a result, all sales are final once production begins.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong item

• Handmade variations in color, texture, or finish

• Custom or made-to-order products once production has started

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The shipping box

• The shipping label

After reviewing your claim, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution if the damage or error is verified.

Handmade Products

Each resin lamp is handcrafted. Small differences in color, patterns, texture, or tiny air bubbles are a natural part of the resin casting process and make every piece unique. These characteristics are not considered defects.

Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. You also understand that made-to-order items cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.
